The funeral service is to be held on Monday July 30th at St Joseph's Church in Chalfont St Peter at 2.00pm and will be followed by a committal service at The Chilterns Crematorium (Milton Chapel) at 3.15pm for those who wish to attend.
Following the church service, all are welcome at Gerrards Cross Golf Club.
